계정 및 데이터 삭제

Tarot Timer는 앱 사용을 위해 익명 계정을 만들 수 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

앱에서 즉시 삭제

Tarot Timer를 엽니다.
설정 → 데이터 관리로 이동합니다.
계정 및 데이터 삭제를 누릅니다.
두 번의 삭제 확인을 완료합니다.

이 방법은 로그인된 익명 계정의 본인 확인을 자동으로 수행하며 가장 빠릅니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

아래 이메일로 “Tarot Timer 계정 삭제 요청”을 보내주세요. 보안을 위해 계정과 연결된 기기 또는 구매 정보를 확인하는 최소한의 절차를 안내할 수 있습니다. 이메일로 영수증 전체나 비밀번호를 보내지 마세요.

남을 수 있는 정보

Apple 또는 Google이 자체 계정과 정책에 따라 보관하는 구매·구독 기록
구매 복원, 환불, 분쟁, 회계, 법적 의무와 부정 사용 방지에 필요한 거래 기록
Android 운영체제가 관리해 앱이 직접 삭제할 수 없는 앱 범위 기기 식별자
기술적 제한으로 자동 삭제되지 않은 클라우드 또는 Android 시스템 백업. 이 경우 iCloud, Google Drive 또는 기기·Google 계정의 백업 설정에서도 직접 확인할 수 있습니다.

중요: 계정 또는 앱을 삭제해도 App Store나 Google Play의 활성 구독은 취소되지 않습니다. 각 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 별도로 취소해야 합니다. 앱을 다시 사용하면 새 익명 계정이 생성될 수 있습니다.

Delete your account and data

Open Tarot Timer.
Go to Settings → Data Management.
Tap Delete Account and Data.
Complete both confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app, email changsekwon@gmail.com with the subject “Tarot Timer account deletion request.” We may provide a minimal verification step tied to the device or purchase. Do not email your password or full receipt.

Deleted

The anonymous Supabase account, device mapping, synced tarot content, journals, notes, spreads, analytics, notification preferences and token, on-device app data, analytics queue, widget data, app-created export files, and—where technically available—app-created iCloud/Google Drive backup and iOS app identifier.

May be retained

Apple/Google store records; transaction records needed for restoration, refunds, disputes, accounting, law, or fraud prevention; the Android OS-managed app-scoped identifier; and any iCloud, Google Drive, or Android system backup that could not be removed automatically.

Important: deleting the account or app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store. A new anonymous account may be created if you use the app again.
