이용약관

1. 적용과 이용 자격

이 약관은 타로 타이머 모바일 앱과 관련 지원 서비스에 적용됩니다. 대한민국에서는 만 14세 이상이어야 하며, 다른 지역에서는 현지 법령상 디지털 서비스 이용 및 관련 개인정보 처리에 동의할 수 있는 최소 연령을 충족해야 합니다. 법정대리인 동의 절차는 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 서비스와 타로 안내

앱은 타로 학습, 시간별 카드, 일기·메모·스프레드, 알림, 위젯·배경화면과 선택적 백업·동기화를 제공합니다. 운영체제, 기기, 지역, 앱 버전과 구매 상태에 따라 기능이 달라질 수 있습니다.

타로 결과는 의료, 정신건강, 법률, 재정, 투자 또는 기타 전문적 진단·조언이 아닙니다. 중요한 결정은 자격을 갖춘 전문가와 상의하세요.

3. 익명 계정과 콘텐츠

기능과 데이터 복구를 위해 익명 계정이 자동 생성될 수 있습니다. 이용자가 작성한 일기·메모의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스 제공·동기화·백업·복원에 필요한 범위에서만 처리됩니다.

불법 콘텐츠, 타인의 권리 침해, 결제나 서비스 조작, 악성 코드·자동화 공격은 금지됩니다. 법률이 허용하는 상호운용성과 보안 연구 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

4. 구독과 디지털 상품

• 구독과 테마 덱은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 판매됩니다.
• 구매 확인 직전에 스토어가 표시한 현지 상품명, 청구 주기, 체험 유무와 가격이 우선합니다. 고정 가격을 보장하지 않습니다.
• 자동 갱신 구독은 스토어에서 취소할 때까지 갱신됩니다. 취소 효력과 청구 시점은 해당 스토어 조건을 따릅니다.
• 앱 또는 앱 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 자동 취소되지 않습니다.
• 구매 복원은 동일 스토어 계정과 플랫폼 정책에 따라 제공됩니다. 프리미엄 구독과 별도 테마 상품은 서로 다른 구매입니다.

5. 환불과 법정 권리

환불은 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 각 스토어의 심사와 절차가 적용됩니다. 일률적인 구매 후 7일 환불을 보장하지 않습니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 전자상거래법을 포함해 적용되는 강행 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보와 계정 삭제

자세한 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 설정 → 데이터 관리 → 계정 및 데이터 삭제에서 익명 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 구매·거래 기록은 복원, 환불, 분쟁, 법적 의무와 부정 사용 방지에 필요한 범위에서 남을 수 있습니다.

7. 지식재산권과 책임

앱 소프트웨어, UI, 로고와 운영자 제공 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자에게는 개인적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없는 사용 권한만 부여됩니다.

운영자는 합리적인 주의를 기울여 서비스를 제공하지만 항상 중단 없이 동작하거나 모든 기기에서 동일하게 작동함을 보장하지 않습니다. 이 제한은 고의·중과실, 생명·신체 손해, 법정 소비자 권리 등 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

8. 변경, 준거법과 문의

중대한 변경은 시행 전에 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다. 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하되 이용자 거주 지역의 강행 소비자 보호법은 그대로 적용됩니다.

Last updated and effective: July 23, 2026. Users must be at least 14 in South Korea and meet the locally required minimum age elsewhere. Tarot Timer does not provide a parental-consent flow.

Service and tarot notice

Tarot Timer provides tarot learning, hourly cards, journals, notes, spreads, notifications, widgets/wallpaper, and optional backup or sync. Features may vary by platform, device, region, version, and purchase status. Tarot interpretations are for learning, entertainment, and self-reflection only and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Anonymous account and content

The app may automatically create an anonymous account. Users retain rights in their journals and notes and permit processing only as needed to provide, sync, back up, and restore the service. Illegal content, rights infringement, purchase manipulation, malware, and automated attacks are prohibited.

Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

• Subscriptions and theme decks are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• The localized product, billing period, trial status, and price shown by the store immediately before confirmation control. No fixed price is promised.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the store. Deleting the app or anonymous account does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchase restoration depends on the same store account and platform rules. A premium subscription and separately sold theme items are distinct purchases.
• Refunds are handled under store procedures and mandatory consumer law. No universal seven-day refund is promised.

Privacy, deletion, and liability

See the Privacy Policy. Delete the account and related data in Settings → Data Management → Delete Account and Data. Transaction records may remain where needed for restoration, refunds, disputes, law, and fraud prevention.

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or identical operation on every device. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
