1. 처리하는 정보

익명 계정·기기	Supabase 익명 사용자 ID, 기기 식별자, 운영체제와 버전, 앱 버전, 기기 이름. Android에서는 앱 범위의 ANDROID_ID가, iOS에서는 앱이 생성해 키체인(SecureStore) 또는 iCloud 키-값 저장소에 보관한 식별자가 사용됩니다. 이 식별자는 앱을 다시 설치했을 때 같은 익명 계정을 찾는 데 쓰입니다.
사용자 콘텐츠	뽑은 카드, 메모, 일기, 스프레드, 저장 시각, 설정. 기본적으로 기기에 저장되며, 프리미엄 사용자가 ‘클라우드 동기화’를 켜면 Supabase에, ‘iCloud 백업’ 또는 ‘Google Drive 백업’을 켜면 해당 클라우드에도 저장됩니다.
알림	알림을 허용한 경우 푸시 토큰, 알림 켜짐 여부와 기본 기기 정보(기기 식별자, 플랫폼, 앱 버전, 언어).
구매·구독	상품 ID, 구매·원거래 ID, 구매일, 만료일, 구독 상태와 결제 환경. Apple 영수증은 서버 검증에만 사용하며 원문을 저장하지 않습니다. Google Play 구매 토큰과 주문 번호는 구독 상태 재확인, 환불·취소 반영과 구매 복원을 위해 구독 기록과 함께 보관합니다. 결제 수단 자체는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리합니다.
사용 통계(선택)	사용자가 허용한 경우에만 다음 이벤트와 발생 시각을 익명 계정 ID, 앱 버전·빌드 번호, 플랫폼과 함께 Supabase의 사용 통계 테이블로 전송합니다: 앱 실행(첫 실행 여부)과 사용 종료(사용 시간 구간), 온보딩 완료, 오늘의 카드 뽑기와 설치 후 첫 카드를 뽑기까지 걸린 시간, 메모 저장(글자 수 구간만, 내용은 보내지 않음), 스프레드 시작·저장(스프레드 종류), 알림을 눌러 앱을 연 기록(알림 종류·시간대), 요금제 화면 열람, 구매 시작·결과와 구매 복원 결과(상품 ID·결과), 광고 노출·불러오기 실패(광고 위치·오류 코드), 보상형 광고의 로드·표시·보상 획득·닫힘·실패(광고 위치·실패 사유·오류 코드). 앱 1.4.8부터는 처음 사용할 때(카드를 뽑은 뒤) 한 번 묻고, 허용하기 전에는 보내지 않습니다(기본값 꺼짐). 선택은 설정의 ‘사용 통계 허용’에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있고, 끄면 기기에 남아 있던 미전송 이벤트도 삭제됩니다. 단, 1.4.7 이하 버전(2026년 7월 이후 배포분)은 이 설정 없이 위 사용 통계 중 일부를 기본으로 전송합니다. 이미 전송된 기록의 삭제는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
광고	무료 사용자에게 Google AdMob 전면 광고와, 사용자가 원할 때만 시청하는 보상형 광고(잠긴 카드 해설 24시간 열람, 잠긴 스프레드 1회 체험)를 제공합니다. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google 동의 화면(UMP)의 선택을, iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 허용 여부를 따릅니다. 개인화 광고에 동의하지 않았거나 추적을 허용하지 않으면 비개인화 광고를 요청하며, 동의 절차가 필요하지 않은 지역에서는 맞춤형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 동의 상태, 기기 또는 광고 식별자, IP 기반 대략적 지역, 광고 상호작용과 진단 정보가 Google에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 프리미엄 구독자에게는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
지원 문의	이메일 문의 시 사용자가 보낸 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 첨부 정보. 홈페이지 문의 양식을 이용한 경우 입력한 이름(또는 닉네임), 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 페이지 언어가 Supabase에 저장됩니다.

앱은 정확한 GPS 위치, 연락처, 사진 보관함 또는 신용카드 번호를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 목적과 근거

앱 기능, 익명 계정, 동기화·백업, 구매 복원, 고객 지원과 사용자가 요청한 알림 제공
결제 검증, 환불·취소 반영, 부정 구매 방지, 보안과 법적 의무 이행
사용자가 허용한 사용 통계 분석과, 지역별 동의 절차 및 iOS 추적 허용 여부에 따른 광고(개인화 또는 비개인화) 제공

필수 처리는 서비스 제공 계약, 법적 의무 또는 제한적인 보안상 정당한 이익에 근거합니다. 사용 통계와 법령상 동의가 필요한 광고 개인화는 동의에 근거합니다.

3. 처리 위탁, 저장 위치와 국외 이전

Supabase의 주 데이터는 대한민국 서울 리전으로 전송됩니다. Apple, Google 및 Expo 관련 정보는 앱 사용, 구매·복원, 알림 허용, 광고 요청 또는 백업 실행 시 암호화된 네트워크로 미국 등 해당 사업자가 공개한 처리 국가에 지속적으로 전송될 수 있습니다. 전송 항목·목적은 위 목록과 같고 보유기간은 아래 4항 또는 각 사업자의 법적 보유기간을 따릅니다.

사용 통계, 알림과 클라우드 백업은 각각 끌 수 있으며, 광고 관련 선택은 아래 5항의 방법으로 바꿀 수 있습니다. 익명 계정·결제 검증에 필요한 처리를 거부하면 동기화, 구매 복원 등 관련 기능 또는 서비스 일부를 제공할 수 없습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

기기 데이터는 사용자가 앱에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지, 익명 계정과 동기화 콘텐츠는 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관됩니다.
iOS 키체인·iCloud 키-값 저장소의 앱 식별자와 Android의 앱 범위 기기 식별자는 운영체제가 관리하므로 앱을 삭제해도 남을 수 있습니다.
푸시 토큰은 앱에서 알림을 끄면 서버에서 비활성화되며, 계정 삭제 요청 시 삭제합니다.
사용 통계 대기열은 설정에서 사용 통계를 끄면 삭제됩니다. 이미 전송된 사용 통계는 삭제 요청 시 또는 처리 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다.
iCloud·Google Drive 백업(덮어쓰기를 선택했을 때 보존되는 직전 백업 1부 포함)과 Android 시스템 백업은 해당 클라우드·기기 백업 설정에서 직접 삭제할 때까지 남을 수 있습니다.
홈페이지 문의는 문의 처리 완료 후 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다.
구매·거래 기록은 구매 복원, 환불, 회계, 분쟁 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 법률상 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 익명 계정과 직접 연결되지 않은 스토어 원거래 기록도 구매 복원과 사기 방지를 위해 남을 수 있습니다.

삭제 시 데이터베이스 행과 인증 계정은 복구가 어렵도록 삭제합니다. 법률상 보존 대상은 접근을 제한한 뒤 보존기간 종료 시 삭제 또는 비식별 처리합니다.

5. 이용자 권리와 선택

앱 설정에서 사용 통계 허용·해제, 알림·백업 해제와 데이터 내보내기를 할 수 있습니다. iOS의 추적 허용은 기기 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 현재 앱 안에는 광고 동의 화면을 다시 여는 메뉴가 없으므로, 광고 동의 선택 변경이 필요하면 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

계정 삭제: 앱 1.4.8 이상에서는 설정 → 데이터 관리 → ‘계정 및 데이터 삭제’에서 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이전 버전을 쓰거나 앱을 이미 지웠다면 changsekwon@gmail.com으로 “Tarot Timer 계정 삭제 요청”을 보내 주세요. 절차와 삭제 범위는 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동 취소하지 않습니다. 활성 구독은 스토어에서 별도로 취소해야 합니다. 앱을 다시 사용하면 새 익명 계정이 생성될 수 있습니다.

6. 보안·아동·변경·권리구제

전송 암호화, 접근 제어, 행 수준 보안, 서버 측 구매 검증과 최소 권한 원칙을 적용합니다. 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없으며 사고 확인 시 적용 법률에 따라 대응합니다.

대한민국에서는 만 14세 미만, 다른 지역에서는 현지 법령상 최소 연령 미만의 이용자를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 그 미만 이용자의 정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 확인 후 삭제합니다. 중요한 방침 변경은 시행 전에 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

개인정보 보호책임자는 Tarot Timer 운영자이며 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다. 국내 권리구제 기관은 개인정보침해 신고센터(118)와 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)입니다.

Privacy Policy — English

Last updated and effective: October 11, 2026. Users must be at least 14 in South Korea and meet the locally required minimum age elsewhere. No parental-consent flow is provided.

Information we process

Anonymous Supabase user ID, device identifier, OS and version, app version, and device name. Android uses the app-scoped ANDROID_ID; iOS uses an app-generated identifier kept in the Keychain (SecureStore) or iCloud key-value storage, which helps find the same anonymous account after reinstalling.
Tarot cards, notes, journals, spreads, timestamps, and settings stored on the device and, if a Premium user turns on Cloud Sync, in Supabase, or, if they turn on iCloud or Google Drive backup, in that cloud.
Push token, notification on/off status, and basic device information (device identifier, platform, app version, language) after notification permission is granted.
Product, transaction, purchase, expiration, subscription status, and environment. Apple receipts are used only for server verification and are not stored in raw form. Google Play purchase tokens and order numbers are kept with the subscription record to re-check status, apply refunds or cancellations, and restore purchases. Apple or Google handles payment methods.
Usage statistics, only if you allow them: app launch (first launch) and session end (duration range), onboarding completion, daily card draws and the time from install to the first draw, memo saves (length range only, never the text), spread start/save (spread type), opening the app from a notification (notification type, hour), plan-screen views, purchase start/result and restore result (product ID, outcome), ad impressions and load failures (placement, error code), and rewarded-ad load/show/reward/close/failure (placement, failure reason, error code), with timestamps, app version/build, and platform, sent to Supabase with the anonymous account ID. From app version 1.4.8, the app asks once when you first use it (after a card draw) and sends nothing until you allow it (off by default). You can change your choice anytime under “Allow usage statistics” in Settings; turning it off deletes events still waiting on the device. App versions 1.4.7 and earlier (released since July 2026) send some of these statistics by default without this setting; email us to delete records already sent.
Ads for free users: Google AdMob interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads (unlock a card meaning for 24 hours or try a locked spread once). Where consent is required we follow your Google consent (UMP) choices and, on iOS, your App Tracking Transparency choice; without consent or tracking permission we request non-personalized ads. Where consent is not required, personalized ads may be shown. Google may process consent status, device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Email address, message, and attachments you send to support, and the name or nickname, email address, message, and page language you submit through the website contact form (stored in Supabase).

Purposes and providers

We use the information to provide app features, sync and backup, notifications, purchase validation and restoration, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, usage statistics you allow, and consent-managed advertising (personalized or non-personalized). Providers include Supabase in its South Korea Seoul region, Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, Expo/APNs/FCM, iCloud, and Google Drive. If Android system backup or device transfer is enabled, the operating system may back up or transfer limited app preferences excluding secure storage. Apple, Google, and Expo data may be processed in the United States and other countries disclosed by those providers over encrypted networks.

Retention, choices, and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app; the anonymous account and synced content remain until you request deletion. OS-managed identifiers (iOS Keychain/iCloud key-value storage, Android app-scoped ID) may remain after uninstalling. Push tokens are deactivated when you turn notifications off in the app and deleted on an account deletion request. Pending usage statistics are deleted when you turn the setting off; statistics already sent are deleted on request or when no longer needed. iCloud/Google Drive backups (including the one previous copy kept when you choose to overwrite) and Android system backups remain until you delete them in those settings. Website inquiries are deleted one year after the inquiry is resolved. Transaction records may remain for restoration, refunds, disputes, law, and fraud prevention.

You can allow or stop usage statistics, turn off notifications and backup, and export data in Settings. On iOS, change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The app does not currently offer a menu to reopen the ad consent form; email us to change your ad consent choice.

Account deletion: on app version 1.4.8 or later, delete it directly in Settings → Data Management → “Delete Account & Data.” On earlier versions, or if you have already removed the app, email changsekwon@gmail.com with the subject “Tarot Timer account deletion request.” See Delete account and data for the steps and scope. This does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. A new anonymous account may be created if you use the app again.
